Jessica Langner is the Senior Marketing Manager for Greenstone Partners spearheading all marketing efforts for the brokerage firm.
With over 9 years of Commercial Real Estate and Construction marketing experience in the Chicagoland area and diverse U.S. markets, Jessica brings extensive knowledge in multifamily, retail, office, industrial, mixed-use, and development sectors. She has collaborated with both large and boutique CRE companies, delivering impactful strategies.
Known as a creative problem solver, strategic innovator, and dedicated team player, Jessica thrives on driving results and creating strong relationships. She considers herself “forever a tourist in Chicago”, with a deep passion in educating and immersing herself in Chicago’s history, architecture, and culinary arts.

Jessica graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Communications and minor in Spanish.
