Greenstone Partners promotes Connor Sheedy from Investment Sales Analyst Intern to Investment Sales Analyst. A licensed real estate broker and 2023 graduate of Marquette University with experience in Property Management, Sheedy joined Greenstone’s inaugural Broker Development Program intern cohort at an advanced stage.
Greenstone Partners launched its Investment Sales Broker Development Program in a deliberate effort to educate and grow new real estate professionals into top-producing brokers. An evolution of its prior intern, analyst, and early-career broker recruitment efforts, this multi-phased development program nurtures ambitious, intelligent students into productive brokers through stints as interns, student correspondent workers, analysts, and junior brokers. Candidates receive extensive mentorship from the firm’s leadership and top-producers, technical training for hard-skill development, and practical exposure to every facet of brokers’ day-to-day business activities.
