Commercial real estate brokerage firm Greenstone Partners is further expanding its market presence in Wisconsin with the addition of two new brokers. Director Kelly Rodenkirk and Investment Associate Amelia Bifano will join the firm’s investment sales expansion into Wisconsin and collaborate on a team with Senior Director Kristian Sydow.
Rodenkirk brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the Wisconsin‐based team. Before joining Greenstone, she served as a commercial real estate advisor for Cushman & Wakefield | Boerke, primarily focusing on retail investment and owner‐user sales, tenant representation of local and national tenants, and landlord representation. She has also been named a 2022 Rising Star in Real Estate by BizTimes.
With Greenstone, she will leverage her in‐depth market knowledge within the region to focus on the acquisition and disposition of investment assets across select property types.
Bifano brings a comprehensive understanding of commercial real estate to the team. Previously serving as commercial real estate advisor for Cushman & Wakefield | Boerke, she gained ample experience in advising new‐to‐market franchise operators and small business owners and solidified her love of the fast‐paced and community‐centered CRE industry.
Using her experience, Bifano will advise clients who are focused on urban infill retail properties and mixed‐use investments. She has worked extensively with tenants and landlords of commercial properties, and has represented retail, multifamily, and institutional clients—including Fortune 500 clients—throughout the U.S. and Canada.
“The addition of Kelly and Amelia is exciting for our team, as we continue our focus on solidifying Greenstone’s footprint and synergies in Wisconsin and throughout the Midwest,” said Greenstone Partners CEO and Managing Partner Danny Spitz. “Together with Kristian, they will be leveraging their strong familiarity of the Wisconsin market to connect with and provide unparalleled service to our growing list of clients.”
