Hague recently represented two separate multifamily sellers and one condominium owner, as well as procured each buyer, for three property sales in Wicker Park for a total of $7.5 million.
The three deals were for a 5,000-square-foot condo unit located at 1725 W. Division St. for $2.2 million; an 8,100-square-foot seven-unit multifamily building with ground-floor commercial space at 1670 W. Division St. for $3.2 million; and a 6,200-square-foot, six-unit multifamily building with ground-floor commercial space at 1920 W. Division St. for $2.3 million.
