JORDAN MULTACK

Jordan Multack joined Greenstone Partners in 2022 to build the multifamily division. For the last five years, Jordan worked at Essex Realty Group as a leading Chicago sales broker of multifamily properties. Throughout his tenure, Jordan has worked on the acquisition and disposition of Chicago multifamily and mixed-use opportunities ranging from five to 100 units. He is known for his market presence in Logan Square, Wicker Park, and West Town and focuses on the core neighborhoods of Chicago. Jordan began his career in the ultra-competitive logistics industry, where he grew his business acumen via cold calling persistence, problem solving, and accountability. The son of a successful property management company owner, he spent many summers helping to care for multifamily properties. Hauling trash, painting apartments, and cleaning hallways gave Jordan an appreciation and understanding of the skills necessary to successfully operate a property.

Outside of work, Jordan is active in several philanthropic endeavors, including the Polk Family Charitable Fund, Canine Therapy Corps, JMFF, and After Breast Cancer Diagnosis. Jordan lives with his wife in West Town, where they are active members of the community. Jordan, a self-proclaimed “foodie”, feels cuisine is most representative of culture, so he loves to spend time exploring restaurants around the city.

Jordan received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, majoring in Psychology. He is a licensed Illinois Real Estate Broker and was named as a CRE Future Leader by REjournals.
